Bulk Apothecary Reviews

I usually end up ordering from Bulk Apothecary when I realize I’m running low on a bunch of things at once, which somehow always happens when I’m already in the middle of reorganizing a cabinet or making a list for something else. They tend to have the larger sizes I need, so I don’t have to buy a bunch of tiny bottles from different places and then keep track of where everything is coming from.

The prices feel reasonable for bulk quantities, and everything I’ve ordered so far has arrived packed just fine. The website is easy enough to use too, which I appreciate because I’m usually placing these orders at night with a cup of tea next to me and probably too many tabs open. No real complaints from me

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the prices are definitely better than a lot of other places I looked at. The bulk sizes make it feel worth it, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying. That said, I do still kind of wonder if the lower price means the quality might not always be as consistent, so I’m keeping an eye on that

I was able to use Bulk Apothecary and find what I needed, so it definitely gets the job done. That said, the site felt a bit "busy" to me, especially with the menus, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected.

Checkout was straightforward and I didn’t run into any major problems there. I just wish the search and filters were a little easier to use, because browsing around took more time than it really should have.

I’ve had a solid experience so far. The products have been consistent most of the time, though one batch did feel a little off. Not sure what happened there, but whoever runs this should probably keep a closer eye on that.

I’m absolutely convinced they processed my order in record time. It went out so quickly, I barely had time to think about it. Seriously, no doubt about it, super fast service.

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once before getting a clear answer. To be fair, the response was helpful once it came through, but compared to some other suppliers I’ve ordered from, their support felt a little slower. Not a terrible experience overall, I just wish the communication had been quicker.

I’ve ordered a few oils and soap-making supplies from Bulk Apothecary now, and overall I’ve been happy. I’m a little picky about freshness and consistency with ingredients, since I don’t like using anything in my batches that feels questionable, and everything I’ve received has smelled fresh and worked well. One bottle did have a small leak, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t ruin the order. So far, the quality has met my standards, and I’d order again

I was expecting the shipping to be kind of pricey, but it wasn’t bad at all. I’m still a little surprised, but the cost felt fair and my order showed up in good shape.

I had to send a few things back and the refund took a little longer than I expected, But customer support did get back to me and got it sorted. not totally perfect, but fair enough overall...

My order actually showed up sooner than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updates were easy to follow too. It did arrive about a day later than the estimate at checkout, but that wasn’t a big deal and everything went smoothly overall.

I ordered from Bulk Apothecary the packaging was better than I expected. I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished company talk about “carefully packed” and whatever, but this order showed up in good shape. The bottles were wrapped well, nothing leaked, no broken caps, and the box wasn’t beaten up. Seems like they actually do take some time with packing things. Happy with it

My order came in exactly as I placed it, right down to the quantities, which I always check against the packing slip. Nothing was swapped out, missing, or weirdly doubled up. It was a straightforward order, but I still appreciate when the small stuff is handled correctly. Shipping was fine too, and everything was packed neatly.
